Come join Jobspring Partners Silicon Valley, and their guest speaker, UX guru Colin Johnson, for the first ever Jobspring Partners Silicon Valley networking event!

The goal of this event is to help add value to the community, and to each and every individual network that is in attendance. All too often, a "meetup" or networking event is comprised of two isolated separated parts: a lecturer, and a gallery. In this case, we are bringing together a unique volume of very talented professionals in the area -- who in turn, are very passionate about technology, the local community, and perhaps most specifically in this instance the future of user experience.

Colin Johnson will be giving a presentation called, "The Inmates are Still Running the Asylum" - Strategy - Design - Technology. His take on the continued forward thinking of Alan Cooper’s original piece The Inmates are running the Asylum.

This will be a networking based event, with food and drink provided, a passionate and motivating presentation, all within an amazing space including balcony that overlooks all of Silicon Valley from the top floor of one of the tallest buildings in downtown San Jose.

Bring a friend, bring your manager, bring the entire team, but most importantly bring an excitement to meet other like-minded professionals in the area, and for the most part in the user experience space.

PARKING: Downtown San Jose has metered parking surrounding the location on all fronts, which is FREE after 6:00 PM. Additionally, there are several covered parking structures within walking distance that are less than $10 flat rate for the night. The average cost is $6-8 for the parking structures in town.

NOTEWORTHY: We realize paying for parking is not ideal, but hopefully the fact that food and drinks will be provided makes up for it! Besides that, the presentation itself, given by Colin, will be well worth the couple bucks for parking.
